Haryana Pond Authority, in collaboration with Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology (DCRUST), Sonipat is planning to set up a Centre of Excellence.
On 19th Oct 2023, a meeting was held with the Vice Chancellor to discuss this initiative. The Centre is being established to actively involve students and faculty in pond restoration activities through research, capacity building, and field-based learning. This initiative aims to promote youth participation in sustainable water management.
